4. Same-Day Repair Disclaimer
MOFIXO may offer same-day repair services for selected devices and issues. This is not a guaranteed commitment and depends on repair complexity, device condition, and part availability.
5. Data Responsibility
- Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting a device for repair.
- MOFIXO is not responsible for data loss due to pre-existing issues, software failures, or unavoidable repair processes.
- We do not intentionally access or misuse personal data stored on customer devices.
6. Warranty & Liability
- Warranty, if applicable, is limited to the specific repair or replaced part.
- It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or mishandling after service.
- MOFIXO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages after repair.

8. Customer Responsibilities
